The Louisiana Recreation & Parks Association awards program has sought to recognize outstanding performance in the field for over a decade. Applications are accepted each winter, and recipients are recognized at the annual conference.

Entries must be received by noon Friday, January 15th, to qualify. We appreciate your continued involvement in this program and we look forward to learning about the great things happening in our profession.

Scholarship Application [PDF]
This $500
scholarship is awarded annually to a deserving student. The student must
be recommended by a member
in good standing of the Louisiana Recreation and Park Association. The
student must be sincere in pursuing
a degree in a Health/Physical Education/Recreation career.
