This year, the association is offering an off-site tour to St. Francisville on Tuesday, October 23, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. The trip will include visiting the Myrtles Plantation & Angola Prison. Lunch is sponsored by St. Francisville and clerks will earn 7 points for attending. To reserve a seat on one of the charter buses, please select “Yes” to the below question.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Embassy Suites Hotel at a rate of $125 single/double. Please call (225) 924-6566 to make your reservation. Mention group name: Louisiana Municipal Clerks Institute for the discounted rate. The reservation cut-off date is September 30.
